Mel does not have a log2 function and people forget how to calculater stuff like this after highschool.
You might need to right click and choose "save as".

Here is my Maya version of the Lightwave Set Value Tool. This simple tool works just like the Lightwave tool. One additional feature I added is the tool remembers what Axis you’re using. For people not familiar with the tool, this tool quickly aligns selected edges or vertices on a given coordinate system. I put this on my custom shelf or hotkey this tool to "CTRL v" in Maya 5. Maya 6 uses CTRL-v so I don't mess with the Maya 6 default.

Unofficial Maya Icons for various tools
Icons for some of my favorite Maya tools.
I created two icons for specific versions of Maya. I use these Icon on my Windows Toolbar to Quicly launch one Maya version or the other. Both files are .ico files for Window, 16x16 size and 32x32 sizes are included.
To install create a Maya Shortcut in Windows. Get Properties and set the Icon file to point at wherever you place these .ico files on you system.
